SB connection problem

Last week I got a free 2013 update on my Trend Micro AV... since then I can't connect to Vatsim using SB unless I disable the AV first...then once connected turn it back on...anyone using TM and know how to allow a programes to run....all my other programes run from my desktop I run under "admin" (W7 64) but run SB from the FS menu task bar under modules...Thanks
